More About the Author
From 2019 to 2025, Diana facilitated an Alzheimer’s Association mindfulness-based caregiver support group and participated in both state and national advocacy efforts on behalf of individuals living with dementia and their families. She also co-directs Village Music Circles, a global training organization that uses rhythm and music to foster community, connection, and healing.
Diana earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from San José State University, completed her Physician Assistant training in Primary Care Medicine at Stanford University, and received a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington.
She lives in Santa Cruz, California, where she and her husband, Arthur Hull, operate Zen Garden Sanctuary, a bnb retreat space dedicated to renewal, reflection, and connection. They share their home with Bamboo, an aging golden Zen cat, and 6 magnificent koi.
